Day 1: NJP / Bagdogra to Phuentsholing

Day 2: Phuentsholing to Thimphu
about 5 to 6 hrs Night in Thimphu
Up to the capital. The route permit for Punakha is processed in Thimphu.

Day 3: Thimphu to Punakha via Dochula
about 2½ to 3 hrs Night in Punakha
Over Dochula pass and its chortens, down to Punakha: the dzong at the meeting of the rivers and the suspension bridge.

Day 4: Punakha to Thimphu
about 2½ to 3 hrs Night in Thimphu
A morning walk to Chimi Lhakhang through the rice fields, then back over the pass to Thimphu and its sights.

Day 5: Thimphu to Paro
about 1½ hrs Night in Paro
To Paro: Rinpung Dzong and the national museum.

We do not publish a fixed price, because the same itinerary costs very differently in May and in February, in a standard room and a mountain-view suite. Your quote depends on:
