Day 1: Arrive and drive up to Gangtok

Met at NJP or Bagdogra and driven up to Gangtok.

Day 2: Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
about 55 km each way Night in Gangtok
A morning at the lake and Baba Mandir; afternoon free in town while we collect the North Sikkim permit.

Day 3: Gangtok to Lachung
about 6 to 7 hrs Night in Lachung
North along the Teesta to Lachung.

Day 4: Yumthang valley
about 1 hr each way Night in Lachung
Yumthang and, if the road is open, Zero Point.

Day 5: Lachung to Gangtok

Back down to the capital for a comfortable night.

Day 6: Gangtok to Ravangla via Temi
about 4 hrs Night in Ravangla
South through the tea slopes of Temi to Ravangla, with the Buddha Park in the evening light.

Day 7: Ravangla to Pelling
about 2 to 2½ hrs Night in Pelling
A short drive west to Pelling, with Pemayangtse Monastery and the Rabdentse ruins in the afternoon.

Day 8: Pelling, a full day
local Night in Pelling
Khecheopalri Lake, Rimbi and Kanchenjunga Falls, and the skywalk. Up early for the mountain at sunrise.

Day 9: Departure

Down to NJP or Bagdogra.

What sets the price
We do not publish a fixed price, because the same itinerary costs very differently in May and in February, in a standard room and a mountain-view suite. Your quote depends on:
